My Approach
I am here to listen and partner with you toward the growth that you want to see in your life. As you share your story, I will be listening to hear all that you're facing, the things that feel easy or hard to talk about, and how long you've been carrying them. We will pay attention to the things that surprise you with how much emotion they bring up, as well as the things that leave you flat or numb to talk about.
I’ll listen for the context you are living in, and have lived in. And as you share and we get into the texture of your life, I'll start to slow us down in key moments where I see an opening for deeper and more transformative healing or growth.
As we put words to your experiences, thoughts, and feelings, I will also make suggestions for any specific treatments I think would be effective to address the challenges you're facing.
I’ll also listen for your strengths, insights, and desires. We will work together to help you take hold of these things, celebrate them, and expand.
It is my goal that you would find relief from mental and emotional suffering, and find greater peace, fun, and community.
