Anxiety and OCD

Childhood anxiety and OCD sometimes show up as fear or avoidance, and other times show up as inflexibility and anger. Parents of kids with significant anxiety or OCD may find themselves feeling confused by their children’s behavior and how to help them (and the whole family) get unstuck. Anxious feelings and behaviors can balloon and crowd out the vibrancy and spark you know your child has.

This is an area I know well from my own lived experience! I would love to help you and your child untangle from anxious knots and live in freedom. There are three main components typically involved in anxiety or OCD work: helping your child get into clearer contact with themselves and the full range of their emotions and voice, learning about how anxiety and/or OCD work and what tools to use to overcome them, and exploring the way your child’s anxiety intersects with family relationships to make any necessary shifts.
